In our cooking, we use products of our own crops; natural olive oil, fresh vegetables and fruits grow in Selçuk plains. Our chefs absolutely avoid margarins or fat of any kind in their dishes.The breakfast consists of our own olives, Crete crackers, home-make marmelades and yougurt, can be taken at any hour in the morning.
